Athletes looking for one on one coaching with direct message to the coaching team.
A person who doesn’t like to be part of an active community.
The basic plan is not going to give you the high level of customisation needed to hit and sustain peak performance due to the program being a group-based program, not an individual-based program specific to your needs and integrated into your busy lifestyle.
So, if you want/need more individualisation then It’s advised to start with the one to one coaching program then switch to this down the line once you become more educated and confident. This is what Jimmy has done. He started in the obstacle dominators for a month, then spent three years having one to one coaching with Matt R. Now Jimmy is super dialled in across the board he values community and having the structure of a customised plan back on the obstacle dominator program.
If your budget is tight then it’s best to start with the OD plan then utilise the upgrades as oftetn as you can to maximise results.
What you don’t get:
One on one coaching, direct support via message (only Q&A on weekly calls, on the community chat, or if you purchased the relevant upgrade)

How long is the program?
Each phase is four weeks long with a new progressive training phase in the next four-week period. This takes place from the 28th to the 28th of each month.
Why is this program an option? :
This is a budget friendly option that packs a punch (if you do the work and show up for the training and calls with the willingness to learn and grow).
This type of program was actually requested by many who simply couldn’t afford coaching but needed structure and support within a cummountiy of likeminded people.
The value far exceeds the price point, but we are in this to serve and help more people. So, if this is where you are. This could be a great place to start.

How long are the workouts and how much extra time do I need?
This program won’t take you any additional hours to complete. What we do is replace your training and your nutrition with more effective approaches & strategies.
Training sessions typically last no more than an hour each day. But they can be shorter/longer based on your goals if needed.
When does the program start?
As soon as you sign up you get course access. The program will start after the assessment week has taken place. Typically starting on Monday of each week.
Am I contracted in?
No, all we ask is you give 30 days’ notice. The term is a 30 days rolling subscription which is renewed at the time you start. However, the longer you stay the more training you unlock in the course.
How much is the program per month?
£60 p/m / $76 USD p/m / €70 p/m
Can I prepay for a few months in advance? And would I get a discount if I did?
Yes, the longer you commit to the the cheaper the package.
We do this in 4, or 6 month blocks.
When you invest in a four-month program you will a discount on each month.
The financial investment is payable in full at the time of signing up.

Is there a chance to upgrade to full coaching with Primal Fitness?
You can upgrade from the obstacle course dominators group program to the Primal Fitness 1-to-1 all-encompassing next-level coaching program. You will also receive an action takers discount and bonus training and content. You can Apply by messaging Matt Roberts directly on FB, or IG. The message "Primal dominator" is to explore your options.
Are the video group calls recorded so we can watch them if unable to attend them live?
Yes, the calls will all be recorded and added to the chat group & resource/coaching call tab on the online training portal! The calls are typcally held at 12pm & 5pm UK time / 1pm & 6pm CET / 7am & 12pm EST.
Is this a customised program specific to my needs?
No, only our Primal fitness programs offer a high level of customisation. The program is delivered in a group setting. You will however be given a program to provide you with structure with your training to optimise performance. You will be advised on how to follow the program to suit your needs. There are progressions/regressions along with taper weeks to prime you for races/events. Each training session and week of training are adaptable to your individual and current situation.
You will get an cardio endurance (running, or alike) program, with strength sessions and OCR specific training.
Do I need gym access?
No, most sessions required little to no kit/ equipment. However, you can use a gym to train also. We have options for both.
Who would this program suit best?
A complete novice looking to get started in OCR, or a new racer looking for more structure support, education, and group accountability. Although it would benefit some competitive racers by giving them structure and further education.
